I'm at 711 and to be honest there are many that I regret buying. It's just selling them isn't worth the effort IMO.

Don't get me wrong I love my collection, but after watching some I know the likelihood of me ever re-watching them is slim to none. I keep track of what I paid, how many times I've watched a particular title and my average cost per disc ($7.44 currently)

If I could go back I would be a little more careful when picking out movies to purchase. I know there are many I bought because the price was low.

I don't have sufficient shelving in my entertainment room to display them all so some are in a dresser. LOL.

I will say that I LOVE this site. There have been a few times where I couldn't remember if I owned something and was able to check on my phone to see if I did or not. It's also funny that when I'm looking for a movie I'll stumble across something that I forgot I had...

With today's purchase of the Avengers, I have now reached 1000

I'm actually surprised how fast I have joined this club

After owning over 2000 DVDs,(most of them were expensive anime titles) I thought I was going to be very selective when buying blu-rays, but I just couldn't overcome this addiction.

Got my 1200th blu-ray yesterday.

Also noticed that 2 months ago I posted that I hit the 1000 blu-ray mark. That means I bought 200 blu-rays in the last 2 months.

Also in a month or 2 I should pass the 2000 mark for blu-rays and DVDs combined. I don't know how it happened; I start my new job next week. The first time I have worked full time in over 2 years.

How big is your unwatched pile now? When you were around 700-800 a few months ago you said you hadn't watched three-quarters of them.

Closing in 2,000 Blus in almost 4 years of collecting (4th year anniversary next month)!

It's crazy how fast they add up thanks to this site and all the Blu recommendations and deals! It took me twice as long to have that many DVDs!

I just need to find the time to organize-- and watch them all!

Maybe next year!

Ai'nt that the truth, lol, ca'nt even remembered when I passed 1,000, just so many good deals left and right especially this time of year, it add up so fast.
