So Hot Toys announced their first 2013 Toy Fair Exclusive figure today. The Star Spangled Banner Man version of Captain America (aka the USO Show version) from Captain America: The First Avenger.

Not really interested in the figure but am anticipating the other Toy Fair Exclusive announcements.

And another new announcement from Hot Toys. Man of Steel Jor-El. This is just a regular release not a Toy Fair Exclusive.

Hot Toys has announcements up for more of their 2013 Toy Fair Exclusives. Have to say these two along with the USO Show Captain America have me pretty underwhelmed. Hopefully Hot Toys has some other new announcements to show off at the upcoming conventions but all these exclusives (unless they do more) are easy passes for me.

First up is Evil Superman from Superman III...odd choice for a release if you ask me as it's barely even that different from the original Reeve Superman release. New base and it looks like they added a five o clock shadow to the head sculpt and the suit is just a tad darker maybe. Easy pass on this one for me.

Then we have General Joe Colton from G.I. Joe: Retaliation. Not a bad looking figure but I'm not a big enough G.I. Joe fan to want it.

No interest in any of them, but that Bruce Willis is probably one of the best sculpts they've ever done.

Pretty lame effort on Superman if you ask me.

I finally opened Agent Agent Coulson:

The Bluetooth is not part of the head mold, which I like but snaps into the ear. It is a bit small and feels fragile which I don't like. The likeness to Clark Gregg is amazing and the level of detail is incredible though.

Just got my first Hot Toys figure. LOVE IT. Thought I would display it with the jacket but it looks wonderful without it.

Tried to make the pants baggier. Didn't turn out too bad.

So more new Iron Man 3 stuff announced. I'm actually a bit surprised I find both of these pretty cool actually. Not sure if I'll get either one but I really like both figures. The Silver Centurion I find especially cool as the armor is similar to other Iron Man armors but with it's own uniqueness. The Tony Stark while just a plain clothes figure actually is cool to me too and has some cool accessories.

Tony Stark (Mandarin Mansion Assault Version)

Mark XXXIII Silver Centurion Armor

and lastly not Iron Man related but from The Crow an Eric Draven. Personally I don't feel as though the film has held up that well so I wouldn't buy it but it's a pretty cool figure.

I prefer the Silver Centurion figure than the Tony Stark one. I hope they make a Hulkbuster sixth scale figure.

I dunno what it is about the Tony though. For some reason to me it just seems pretty cool. I also think it kind of fits the tone of Iron Man 3 as the film felt like more of a Tony Stark film than an Iron Man film. If the price is right I may consider Tony. Silver Centurion maybe too. Also Hulkbuster (aka Igor in Iron Man 3) was already announced but I'm not sure if the official specs are up yet. He was at Comic Con though.

Is the Igor armor really the Hulkbuster? Sorry, I haven't seen the movie yet.

Yes! Got an email yesterday from Sideshow that my Selina Kyle Catwoman 1/6th figure can be shipped early if I agree to be charged now. Replied last night and she shipped today, I'll get her tomorrow.

Mine shipped out and will be here on Wednesday August 7th. I'm really excited to get her as I've been waiting for a long time. It's the last Nolan Batman character that I have on order and nothing new has been announced so may be the last I get for a while. Still have the Battle Damaged T-800 coming this year and then early next year (hopefully) I have my Man of Steel Superman and Iron Man 3 Tony Stark coming. Going to be a long wait for those two.

I finally got my Catwoman on Tuesday, a great piece although the head sculpt is a tad off when she does not have the mask on. I'll get some pics up later for all to see.

Yes. The goggles on the mask can swivel up to be her cat ears or down to cover her eyes. There isn't any light coming from the goggles because of the tinyness.

Oh, and just slide the mask over the head to make it easier. It seems too fragile to unsnap and snap on the head itself.
