I'm glad that the impressions I had of the game after watching some of the streams this weekend are accurate. I don't want to mention some of the spoilers I saw, but it all looked very, very cool. Can't wait to try it for myself (and get absolutely obliterated time and again, heh).

Ha, died just a couple of minutes into the game. Hopefully that was supposed to happen to teach me what happens once you die.

I wasn't sure what to do about online vs offline since I wasn't sure what the online aspect is about. Like, is it like Destiny where you're kind of doing your own thing but will see others in the game world that you can team up with or ignore or is it more of MP thing where every online person is an enemy or what. Guess I should read some before I go too far.

I definitely think I'm going to have to take my time with this since there are so many options. I went with the recommendation that Elandyll provided in one of his posts so hopefully that is a good choice. Anyway, have an early meeting so I can't spend any more time with it tonight. Love the atmosphere so far though. Very creepy.

Gotta work too, so I am done. Definitely in the spirit of Souls. Definitely not last generation graphics. I will probably end up restarting once I figure out what I am doing, but starting stats are not usually important. Maybe just to create a personalized character. Keep wasting molotovs trying to attack with . Found out it can be hard to find your bloodspot. First death it was where I expected. Second death it was hard to find. Found it by accident. Just those two real deaths, and the obligate introductory death before I got weapons. Too bad you can not roll while locked on.

I like the game, but no map I have have no idea where to go.

That pretty face lasted only a few minutes. lol

Graphics are nice, sound is great & controls are fairly smooth. Playing on the suggested settings that Elandyll pointed out. So far I like the game but yeah a map would be nice.

Had to get some sleep. Which part was rubbish? I did not really make any claims other than I had trouble finding my bloodspot the second time I died, just before retiring. It was not really a spot, but my blood echoes were to be found. I really did waste all my molotovs trying to use the square as a basic attack.
