No, it is PS III: Supercop and is the Canadian Blu-ray with Chan as the main star. Supercop 2 is actually properly titled in the US and Hong Kong and Michelle Yeoh is the main star.

I see that the blu-ray can be had cheap for Bronx. As soon as I grab it, it's going to get upgraded.

What are the rights issues with Rumble in the Bronx? It's not on streaming.

With Warner via New Line. Don’t hold your breath for an upgrade.

Welp, that was a waste of $5. Is there any Blu-ray release of the real Supercop 2? Having a hard time finding any info.

Nope. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone is trying to work on a release now though.

Just the out of print Taiwan release, Warner has the rights now in the US and Southeast Asia & Japan.

To any Jackie Chan fans in Australia- SBS On Demand currently has First Strike available, presented in its original Hong Kong cut. The source quality isn’t the greatest, possibly taken from a release print with the presence of burnt in bilingual subtitles, but it’s still the full version.

That's interesting because they previously had the Miramax cut available. Same with Rumble in the Bronx.

I'll definitely be watching it. Here's hoping that one day we get the Eureka or 88 Films treatment of First Strike.

I also checked Rumble in the Bronx, and that is only available in its New Line Cinema version, unfortunately.

The long version of Rumble in the Bronx is available in 4K on a Chinese streaming service, I also have it. We should expect to appear on English-language streams.

Didn't happen this year but here's hoping Warner Archive might surprise us with some new Chan or Sammo release soon.

Their Mr Nice Guy release set a good standard (both versions of the film & subs included for non English dub parts) so more like this would be great.

I know some people were disappointed with quality on Drunken Master 2 (theatrical subs, PQ and only 1 version of the film - though it did include the original ending) but please let there be plans for more HK cinema in the pipeline.

Also now the full version of First Strike and Drunken Master 2 are available there, both films in 4K HDR. I hope to see Thunderbolt 1995 there soon

Kind of miracle that WB didn't muck up Mr. Nice Guy. But I'd only want more from WB if... you know.... They gave a proper damn about the HK stuff.

Made even worse if people support crap releases. Please don't support crap releases. That just makes them think they're doing okay. Which they're not.

I have just attempted to watch my way through the police story movies for the first time and I got First strike only to realize after receiving it that it has no Chinese audio track. Is there anyway to watch it in Chinese?
