Reboots of Fantastic Four, Green Hornet, and The Spirit. The previous ones were steaming piles of elephant dung.

Id love to see a continuation of the Golden Compass / His Dark Materials movie. I think there is some good stuff there and me and my family like them getter than Potter or even Narnia as a whole.

Just have to read the books, any film project related to that series is DOA.

I'd like to see Pulp Fiction 2, but it would be a prequel so you could bring John Travolta back and see how he and SLJ originally paired up and enjoy some of their earlier comic criminal escapades.

We really loved the first Narnia, kind of enjoyed the second one, and hated Dawn Treader. They've gotten progressively worse, IMO. They need to step it back up if they ever do anymore of them but they may not from what I hear.

Sequels I want -- but they won't happen:
Airplane 3! - Imagine the material available to make a follow-up to this series. TSA, body searches, obnoxious people on planes, pilots drinking, and not to mention that flight attendant who told that passenger off and then jumped off the plane.

Return of The Shadow - I'm a sucker for 1930's/40's era super-heroes, including The Rocketeer and The Phantom.

Cannonball Run III - reunite the cast of Anchorman - Will Ferrell, Paul Rudd, Steve Carrell, David Koechner, Vince Vaughn, Chris Parnell, Seth Rogan, Jack Black and Christina Applegate (in different characters of course) and keep the movie period specific to the original - early '80s, and of course bring in Jackie Chan.

Austin Powers in You Only Shag Twice - I'd really like to see another one of these.

Sequels I don't want:
Timecop 2
Yentel: The Return
Home Alone 4: Lost at Penn State

Always wanted to see a direct sequel to Scanners, not the lame direct to video sequels they put out, but one that picked up right where David Cronenberg's original left off...

Seeing another Cannonball has been on my mind too, but Jamie Farr has to be back as The Sheik or it won't happen.

"Here my desert blossom, keep the change. Have you ever considered joining a harem?"

How about this one:
128 Hours - 128 hours after the ordeal in Canyonlands, James Franco cuts off a leg, and goes on living like the Black Knight in Monty Python's Holy Grail.

That's a remake, not a sequel...plus no Roger Moore? Insane!
Also they did make a Cannonball Run 3, it was called Speed Zone.

Not to mention a cameo by Alec Baldwin playing with his cell phone.

I'm sorry if someone has already mentioned this, but I scanned through the first 150 posts and didn't see it.

Short Circuit 3D - After a brief google search it appears there is a lot of speculation about a part 3, but nothing concrete.

It looks like in 2013 the original is being re-released all fancy'ed up, but I think with the advancement in 3D technology there would be a good following of 80's movie go'ers and movie fans of today who would check out Johnny 5 in 3D.

Not sure about plot ideas... anyone else think this would be a hit?

Cheers!

The Godfather Part IV

The ideas they had for it were actually pretty great sounding, and could have been done very well and led to a more satisfying overall finish than Part III. But by now it's probably too late. Also Puzo is dead.
