Absolutely. I skipped the Blu-ray so the 4K is a no brainer for me.

I thought I skipped the Blu-ray but it turns out I have it in my collection.

It should look great in 4K!

Wendell (and other 3D fans) VS will release Flesh For Frankenstein in 3D this November.

4K and 3D versions with 3DFA working on the 3D. This is going to look sweet!

Well Steedeel it appears you were correct. They could change course after a few years but for now we are beholden to our Mouse overlord to see MCU shows.

Have any Amazon Prime members taken advantage of their 2 day Prime deals ending today? I originally held off on the Game of Thrones 4K set when it was released, but couldn’t pass up half off on it. Picked up the Back to the Future 4K set also. Pretty aggressive pricing for some select titles.

Yep, I picked up Breaking Bad The Complete Series. I had a $25 gift card so after all was said and done I got for around $24. I also picked up Mr. Robot Complete Series for $29.99. The Jack Ryan 4K set has a deal coming up so depending on the price I may pull the trigger on that as well.

Crazy price on Mr Robot. That and Breaking Bad are my top two shows. Funny that I have been thinking about the Jack Ryan set also, so will probably be picking that one up too.

I don't buy a lot of TV shows but they are 2 of my favorites as well along with Better Call Saul and Animal Kingdom. I'm hoping for around $30 on the Jack Ryan set.

It leaves us in a situation where we could miss vital plot points having not seen a certain episode or series. I have Disney+ now but i may just skip Marvel on Blu-Ray.
Time to double down on my indie titles and non franchise blockbusters.

I am on the 5th season of BCS, but Mr Mercedes had grabbed my attention more at the moment. One of the best Stephen King adaptations in my mind.

It appeals because each season is a one off story. I don’t want to get burnt like AHS: 1984 again. Have every series until that one and it’s the one I wanted the most.

I have only bought one 4K disc via the lightning deal, which was for Big Lebowski. $9.99.

No sales that I'm interested in either, which is typical and irking. Looks like Black Friday/Monday are the only times they make it worth my while.

I am making small gradual improvements, but I still have a long way to go. I continue to tire very easily, but I am gaining a little more endurance day by day. I have lost 20 pounds over the past month; I am down to only 136 pounds; I am practically evaporating into thin air, pun intended. I have a lot of work ahead of me.

I did buy some discs this month, although the assortment is kind of weird. I got:

It was nice to do something that I would normally do such as buying discs. It took my mind off of my troubles for a little bit. With these purchases, I now have just over 300 titles on 4K disc.

I have been watching Kim's Convenience on Netflix when I feel up to it; it is a light hearted comedy that is easy to watch and enjoy while I recuperate.

Thank you for thinking of me. I am keeping up with the thread even if I have not been posting very often. Hopefully, I will be participating more soon.
