I hope it's not the first Harry Potter. I've already seen that one

I would prefer the third one, so maybe it's Sirius Black's hand?

I think Kuroneko will be one of the October titles, but I don't think this is from that. Maybe Onibaba, which is about a cursed mask?

It's surprising that no one asks about Criterion releasing the Lord of the Rings trilogy... or, do they? Because the current 15-disc Extended Edition set just doesn't cut it.

One of my co-workers guessed The Elephant Man which in the US is a Paramount release I believe, with Studio Canal owning foreign rights.

That'll have to wait. We want the Star Wars films with all versions included (original, original 3D, CGI altered, CGI altered 3D). Oh and a steel book + slip cover on those juniors.

I have the re-release DVD too...and even though the video won't be a day and night improvement or even as much as say, The Great Dictator, I think the audio is what really will set it a part. This will be my one buy during the B&N sale.

Ok guys I was going to let you all guess for a while, but I'll tell you, it's obviously for Dennis Hopper's Out of the Blue. You can clearly see Linda Manz with her denim jacket there.

At least we have the option of importing The Elephant Man (region A playable via France and UK). I got mine from France (a nice digibook packaging) for a good price and it looks gorgeous!

Of course, where there are chins there are often Faces.

(I've had that DVR'ed for three months and still haven't watched it. It's a sad state of affairs when 'Down Arrow, Down Arrow, Down Arrow, Play' is just too much work)

What is all this Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings Criterion talk? Common...it will never happen.

That's if you get both the streaming and rental service. Not a bad deal at $12, but $18 is pushing it.

Oh, I forgot that Criterion is still ironing out the details on the licensing from Lucas Studios. The wait will be worth it, I'm sure.

By the way, Shell, your avatar is no longer ShellOilJunior.

Why does that cover image snippet remind me of the Rolling Stones' Sticky Fingers album cover?
