I never felt that they were expensive. Something being expensive or not will vary from person to person. Expensive is no guarantee of quality, either.

Pizza Hut is what I rarely get because they're expensive all the way around.

I think McDonald's has the best french fries around. The new spicy chicken sandwich is also pretty good.
You like what you like, but for the money I would rather get a pizza from a really good local pizzeria. No fast food chain pizza has ever come even remotely close to the quality of my favorite local pizzerias and that has been true for every zip code that I have ever lived in. I would never offer my guests Domino's, Pizza Hut, Papa John's, or Little Caesar's facsimile of pizza.

I will grant that McDonald's fries are tasty, but only if you get them fresh from the fryer. Still, a good side item doesn't compensate for their unremarkable sandwiches IMO. Also, everything at McDonald's has way too much sodium and fat for me now.

Believe me, if I have guests over, they will most certainly be treated with cookie cutter pizza. Now if it's a special occasion or a once in a great while thing, I will splurge. I'm in L.A., so everything here is expensive enough as it is that I have to weigh options. I also don't have pizza on a regular basis. Like I said earlier, the last time I had it was back in November of last year.

I used to live in Laguna Niguel; I am well aware how expensive it is to live in California.

I have to stop talking about pizza. It is making me It is one of my favorite foods and I have not been able to have any for far too long, but when I am able to again I won't be calling Domino's I can tell you that much.

I guess I will have to look for The Wicker Man next as I have not seen it, either.

I might watch Duel tonight, but now I need to think of a movie to go with it. I usually try to watch two movies per night.

I won't be placing another movie order until next week; I still have 6 titles in transit as it is.

Yes, I'm still having fun using this new found ability.

Duel is awesome! The Wicker Man is great, but stay away from the Nicolas Cage remake -- that one is atrocious.

Wow, it must be really hard for you to accept that people are doing things you do not enjoy.

People? No. Film lovers? Yep, big time. It’s going back to the days of folk watching pirate film quality with stuttering, horrible sub par quality and lagging. What a pathetic way to watch films.

My kids viewing habits are nothing like mine. Things have changed and will continue to change.

Personally, I'd rather do chores than some type of group watch or zoom type of anything. Some people like it and maybe the insulation of socializing from a distance works better for some also.

I think the point of life is to enjoy it so however some other person wants to go about that is fine.

Well kids don’t care much about film in general so that certainly makes sense. Would rather send a bunch of emojis to each other and chat over a potato vision film.

Much of what I cared about as a kid changed as I grew into adulthood. As I continue on this journey, I reserve the right to change what I care about as often as I want.
