Daniel left in season 5, Lori kicked out in season 6, at this rate Erin Krakow will probably be gone after season 7 though I'd be surprised if the show goes past that anyways. Again, they should have ended it when Jack and Elizabeth got married in season 5, would have been a fine run with a happy ending but now it's a mess of a show filled with characters I don't care for.

Default Two FOX Cancellations!

Rel has been cancelled after one season.

https://deadline.com/2019/04/rel-can...el-1202598064/

I had high hopes for this show, especially after The Carmichael Show, but it was awful, unfunny, and a complete waste of Lil Rel Howery and Sinbad's enormous talents.

X-Men show The Gifted has been cancelled after two seasons.

https://deadline.com/2019/04/the-gif...ey-1202598063/

It was an okay enough show, but I gave up on it midway through the first season. The article speculates that it could find a home on one of Disney's other channels (Disney+ maybe?), but that sounds like conjecture more than anything else.

I really wanted to like The Gifted but I bailed after the first season finale. The show never clicked for me.

FOX Renews "Last Man Standing," Starring Tim Allen, for the 2019-2020 Season

LAST MAN STANDING averages more than 11 million Multi-Platform viewers, ranking as the #1 scripted program on Friday night, with a 29% advantage over #2 "Blue Bloods." The series improves upon FOX's year-ago Friday 8:00-8:30 PM half-hour by +50% in Adults 18-49 and +112% in Total Viewers. LAST MAN STANDING's fall 2018 premiere was the most-watched Friday regular comedy telecast on any network in 15 years.

I highly doubt it will get another season anywhere else Disney is planning to reboot the X-Men universe and this series is pretty closely tied to Logan X-Men Universe. Only thing Disney said is a go is Deadpool 3/X-Force and yes R-rated which is understandable since Deadpool can appear at any timeline and we know he can't be killed.

My worry is for those MCU R-rated and MA content Disney really needs to get broader using their other outlets they just bought for this sort of contents.

I didn't watch the cancelled FOX shows, but to be honest, I'm not surprised. I thought FOX was going to be more or less devoid of scripted shows after losing its sister TV production studio to Disney, and while I'm sure renewing stalwarts like The Simpsons and Family Guy and a major "new" hit like Last Man Standing makes sense, as things stand, I don't see FOX airing many more scripted shows in the future. In fact, I wonder if soon, they'll switch over to entirely live sports/news/unscripted shows, possibly with syndication reruns of older scripted shows if they can get a cheap deal.

I never saw The Gifted being tied to anything, especially the previous X-Verse. They used a different Blink and only talked about the X-Men and Brotherhood, but were never shown to link them to anything. Deadpool also can't really be connected, they only used Colossus and he was Russian (and CGI) which is different to th X-Verse one who was probably American, but not Russian atleast. Fox's Marvel properties operated by themselves, not as a group like the MCU.

Thanks for the awesome news! I wonder if the success as a Friday night program will change what was earlier put out there about the show. According to the previous news, the plan was to have the show be moved to another day of the week if it were to continue.

God bless you always!!!

The Gifted they said plenty of times there was no X-Men and most they were able to get them crossed the Mexico border same happened in the end of Logan with his daughter X-23 and in Logan it is also set after X-Men was no more all supposedly dead. Deadpool is definitely connected especially Wolverine Fox never got the chance to ever bring him fully to X-verse probably also with this all X-Men are PG-13.

Also Deadpool is Spider-Man animated series it is possible to be in any part MCU and in DP Colossus was accurate especially having Russian accent in the X-Men movies he was portrayed wrong.

None of that made any sense. The Gifted is definitely in it's own universe.
