Does anyone in this thread know how to get pristine quality image stills from the display on your tv? Other than of course just grabbing the camera and taking a picture while pausing the movie. i.e. How do they get the quality stills for the blu-ray reviews etc.?

some people can take good pix from their tv's but most all screen captures are used from PC programs like PowerDVD and others with a blu-ray drive. It simply takes a screen cap of the movie where you pause it and saves it as a jpg with just a click of a button. That way its a crystal clear digital image from the source file.

Hey guys... just a head's up... when you quote something in this thread that have cover images in them... please remove the "[ img ]" tags so the pics dont show up again. It helps keep things cleaner. Sorry OP if I stepped on some toes, but I figured I would help ya out!

Anyways... I just bought Rambo (the new one) and Tropic Thunder from Blockbuster (2 for $25 Previously-Viewed Deal) and I was wondering if anyone had these covers in either scanned or custom format? I just wanna keep the blu collection clean. Thank you in advance!

Is there a good starting place to find layout templates, fonts, etc, to start designing your own covers? I have a lot of experience in design, and am well versed in Photoshop and Illustrator, but I've never put a custom cover together before.

Yeah, the title on the front is a bit overwhelming. The back needs to be subdued a bit as well. I like the back with the original work. I'd rather the front be more classic than creative. That's just me.

Could someone hook me up with some dimensions?

What size insert/cover do you need for a Lost style case, the ones that hold like six discs? Overall lengthxheight, plus size of the binding, distance to the binding, etc.
