Weird isn't it? We're all on here quite a bit, but for some reason we think the "other guy" is the one living in his parents basement and has no life. Could it be that we all ENJOY talking about blurays and movies in our spare time? Why should that change simply because of our age?

Young people like to assume that when they're older it'll all be ok and they'll have their lives all figured out. WRONG!!! You'll still be a confused and scared little child on the inside. Older people like to assume that if they were young again they'd "do it all differently", or make full use of their potential. WRONG!!! You'd screw off and chase tail just like you did before.

Haha yea I dont exactly remember when the internet and chatting rooms started but I do remember that aol chat community was addicting. Just cant recall the year when me and my aunt would be on that nonstop. Before that I wouldnt touch a computer unless it was in computer lab in high school. Haha! Got Em!!

Um, yeah, about five on disk, three of which were actually good:
The lame '99 made-for-TV version that Tim stole the "garden party" gimmick from, the all-star PBS stage version that included "Looking Glass", and the good 1972 British version that kept almost every single word from the book....Sort of the Anti-Burton.

(And the "recent BBC" one was the '98 Looking Glass, take it?)

Looking at some of your collection,I think you may like it.If in doubt, rent.I thought it looked unsharp in 3D,but have asked that before, and since one replied said it wasn't where he saw it it may have been the projector at the cinema I watched it.Thought the lead was somewhat dull.Think she was choosen for her looks rather than her acting abilities

The cinematography was beautiful though

I thought the movie was great, but the 3D was absolutely terrible... It was harsh and blurry. Whenever an object came towards you, I flinched and blinked NOT because "omg! gonna be hit by a random 3D object!" but because it became so out of focus that it HURT!

And this was in IMAX, in an ideal seat for viewing 3D

That would be why I didn't see it in 3D. Excellent dark children's film, the only thing I would've changed is I would've had Anne in it more. Will definitely be getting the blu-ray/DVD combo pack.

But you forgot the main one he screwed up: The Chocolate Factory.

However, I just saw Tim Burton's "ALICE", and I didnt mind it. I was expecting it to be bad, but it was good!

I really, really liked this movie. Great visuals, acting...the story was different and kept my interest.
