I got a prompt to save him but it didn't seem to do anything. So, I thought maybe I pressed the wrong button since I was kind of undecided on what to do. I hope I get that option again this time through so I can try that part again.

People still use the Sixaxis controllers? I hate that thing. Dual Shock 3 all the way for me. The Sixaxis is way too light. It's feels almost cheap.

Ya, I'm working on my trophies too. I think mines glitching in some places though. I didn't even get the "Interactive Drama" trophy for watching the intro credits. I also didn't get the Clever Dad trophy. I wonder if they'll come out with a patch to fix that stuff.

Also, whatever happened to the final e-mail in the four day challenge. Geez, did they just completely drop that?

And doesn't The Taxidermist come out tomorrow?

I agree! They still sell regular sixaxis controllers?

Re-post of an earlier question. Hoping a few new people are reading and can add their input, or that other players have played through a few more times and may have found some further information.

How does Ethan end up with Origami in all of his blackouts?
-He specifically says he never did Origami in his life yet he ends up with Origami every time.
-Is his schizo other-self an Origami artist? Isn't that a bit convenient, just to get the player to believe the Origami Killer is Ethan?
-They also seem to focus on West Carnaby St(I think that's it) when he wakes up from the Blackout. Does that explain anything?

Actually, I think I'm using the dual shock 3. I keep forgetting they're called different things. The ones I'm using have the rumble, whatever version that is.

During my 2nd playthrough at the shrink yesterday, it came out that Ethan was in a coma for 6months or something after the car accident. So it sounds like he was really messed up. This would explain all his blackouts, etc. He had some pretty serious brain trauma.

Thanks

Maybe he buys them from the Origami store during his blackouts b/c he suspects he's the Origami killer (and believes that he's a schizo). I can't remember where that was on the map though or if that matters.

Never thought of that. Good to know!

I don't know how but I got it into my head that Carnaby Street was the place where Scott Shelby's office was.

But now I can find no support for it at all.

What is the importance of Carnaby Street?

For one, I know that Shelby mentions that all the letters were mailed out in the Carnaby district. But they never explain the signifigance of that. Probably another ploy by the developers to make you think it's Ethan, since he always wakes up on West Carnaby St.

They also never explain the meaning of the letter itself. Pretty much everything else given to the victims had a strong significance.

I think an ironic part is that he tells Lauren that the letter was written on an old style typewriter and there is one sitting there on his desk!

It's funny how he had a second one for the letters in the secret room.

I wonder if it's the same letter that Ethan got after Shaun got kidnapped. That little riddle about the kids leaving church and not coming back or something.

When you are in the secret room you can read the letter in the typewriter. The odd thing is that it looked as if he was going to kidnap again if Ethan didn't succeed. I guess he wasn't completely confidant that Ethan would pull through.

Ah, I see.

Was there ever any real point to that riddle that Ethan got in his letter? Didn't seem like there were any clues or anything about it.

I just took it as him saying that he steals kids from parents that aren't watching their kids, ie, I am the Origami Killer that stole your son.
