I liked Old better than The Conjouring 3 (which I bought used at RedBox in the same transaction).

I would only buy Old if the UHD goes on sale which I believe it will. The PQ and AQ of the UHD would be enough for me to want to watch it again.

BJ's Wholesale Club Virtual Real Estate

To me, the Metaverse looks like another attempt at PS Home. Another attempt to sell virtual assets and take people's real money for them.

Would you buy Virtual Real Estate?

I wish video games could not make and sell their own version of money. Kind of seems like legal counterfeiting and it's awesome for money laundering. Happy for those who are into it.

It's probably too late for me to ca$h in on this non sense but I was thinking of starting a virtual lawn and pool care business.

Watched my copy of The Howling last night on 4K disc (UK import) and it was great.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I will be busy with a flurry of medical appointments this month. A lot of travel is involved as each one is 85-110 miles away from my home. All of this poking and prodding plus all the travel will leave me exhausted and as a result I probably won't be posting much. The adventures begin Friday at the ungodly hour of 5 A.M.

I was with Conjuring 3. I own the first two, but I am skipping this one unless it drops to like $5.

Despite my attempts to rile up Steedeel, I want to see Old before I consider a purchase. The current price ($27.96) is too much to gamble on a M. Night Shyamalan movie.

Thank you for the heads up ahead of time, as we tend to wonder about radio silence. Wish you all the best and hopefully you have some cute nurses.

If I am overwhelmed by cute nurses, I'll send some your way.... if your wife doesn't mind. I tire easily after all and I will sort of be in your vicinity (Alton/Shiloh/Belleville).

I guess we are headed for a Virtual World. This is a good lead-in to the Movie I watched last night Free Guy. It was on sale on Vudu in UHD 4K, for $10. It was okay, PQ and SQ was great. The premise of the Movie was that Virtual World becoming reality!

The movie was only "okay?" This may be the worst rating that you have given among your single word movie reviews!

When it drops to $5 let me know; I'll probably pass on it even then.

I don't like all these Super Hero Movies, but because it was Ryan Reynolds I bought and watched it. The Story Line was good, and the action and special effects added to the Movie. It was $6 to rent $10 to add it to my Collection, nice deal. It will be a while till it goes down to $5.

Anyway, hope everything goes well with you, and you come back all ready to Post more stuff. We miss you when you're not around, so hurry back!

I edited my post because when I read it back it kinda sounded like I was criticizing your review when I meant that it is a rare review from you. Your reviews are usually much more enthusiastic.

I can empathize with super hero fatigue; there are just too many such movies and they are all too similar to one another.

Thanks for the kind words. I'm always full of "stuff" and I have plenty more to spread around.

It’s in my blood Vilya. Football (soccer) in the north east of England is fanatical. Season ticket holder for 35 years.

Saw Dune in real IMAX (albeit digital) yesterday. Just amazing. I hope I can make it to a venue with laser next time there's a movie that needs to be seen on the biggest screen possible.

I also heard before Xmas. I have family visiting for Xmas and if I get my new projector in time this movie will make a heck of a demo of it.

I'm looking forward to seeing it again.

Boxing Day evening for me, Christmas Day is too hectic to fit in a 150 minute film lol.

Pebbly watch Spiral or Malignant on Christmas Day evening when the family leave.

I may not watch it on the day or the eve but if it's not here on release day I will try to pick it up in town.

I can return my pre-order when it shows up eventually. In my town I can just return amazon items to kohls and they give a in store coupon (that I never use) and handle all the shipping.
