I have gotten damaged steels but yours takes the cake.
Sure Kevin will handle it. He's fantastic about that sort of thing.
He even had Blufans ship me a new sticker for Iron Man once

wtf!?
sorry to hear/see that. I hope your replacement will arrive in better condition.

I'm still waiting for my 1 click and the more I'm waiting the more I'm afraid to receive a damaged package, because many got damaged steelbooks this time.

Ouch!! I think we should start naming and shaming the depots that are handling these items in such a bad way!! And start complaining and claiming for these items!! If only we could make someone responsible!!

Its pretty difficult, when a package is in transit for 4 weeks, traveling the world. the amount of plane rides and handlers to each package is a lot. Lots of movement and pallets of things. Would be hard sometimes to pinpoint where damage is being made. But i agree that this sucks when a person does get a damaged package.

Even if it is not as damaged as other ones, my Rocket & Groot Edition isn't in perfect condition, too.
A part of the Lenti-Effect is missing.

Part of the issue is that the boxes aren't very sturdy boxes, they're pretty flimsy. I'd gladly pay an extra $1 for a sturdier box.

i cannot see why there would be a reason to pay customs as the actual package is always marked down lower usually $20 just like what Nova and HDzeta do.
