Thats what it sounds like. 8k is a good number for a limited edition, anything above 10k I don't really count as limited

AUS seems to be the only other country getting the set, I can't find anything on other countries getting it so I assume that from the numbers given thats how it will be split between the two.

But at least it gives people who missede out another chance to get it, and people can get it for the xbox now too.

I kinda hope the Steel has the image with all three characters on it. I'd be pissed if I opened mine and saw Raiden looking up at me instead of one of the Snake's.

Can you imagine opening the box and there's the Steelbook, but instead of Solid/Naked/Raiden, it's an image of Hideo Kojima with a word-balloon that says, "You just get PWNED!" LOL! I think I'd die laughing. Hideo has such a funny personality, so I can actually imagine that.

All of these companies are jokes. They just saw how fast the 4,000 copies sold out and decided to sucker more people out of it.

every single release? based on the picture, it looks 99% stickerbook. what's every single release are you talking about? about 90% of the picture are printed steelbook and we can confirm that it's a printed artwork instead of a stickerbook. Source Code was 99% stickerbook artwork and it was indeed a stickerbook Thor, Transformers, etc...they release photo that we have more confident of it being printed artwork than steelbook.

I guess I'm weird...hahaha.

hmmm..it looks like a stickebook from Zavvi site. I wrote 50/50 ratio, I'm not sure if it is one or not...that's why i put 50/50

Maybe I should have said printed artwork 50/50 chance

I'm just throwing the idea out there that there is a CHANCE that it is stickerbook, but I do hope I'm wrong. However, no one can guarantee 100% as of today that it will NOT be a stickerbook or a printed artwork. That's why I said 50/50 chance. LOL

I think the mock up is just to show an example of the three different covers you could get, thats why they state it's a "variant" steelbook, because there will be 3 various versions of it, and those 3 designs were done quite recently, Kojima San posted them on twitter a month or 2 ago.

I believe there is a g2 mw collection jumbo. I got a pic of a seller showing it next to uncharted 3 and it was the same size.

There was one selling at some store in France I think for $6 or something that's probably the one you're thinking of. Or the futureshop one but it's not jumbo.
