Is anyone getting The French Dispatch on Blu-ray when it comes out? I didn't even realize this was available for pre-order. Love Wes Anderson movies so I picked it up for $20. I've also got Despicable Me and Spider-Man 1 and 2 coming on Blu-ray (I only have Spider-Man 3 on Blu-ray and had the DVDs a long time ago but don't know whatever happened to them).

It's a Paramount+ exclusive in the States.

I watched the first four second season episodes of Witcher. The Witcher world is filled with all these deadly beauties of nasty creatures! Wow, good stuff.

I bought it from Ebay. The only 4K release is from Canada.

My "new" video store came in clutch - I rented Last Duel and Card Counter on BD. Will probably watch LD tonight.

Benedetta is available on digital 4K SDR (Unrated) via iTunes. I went ahead a got from them. It's $14.99 there. VUDU has it for $12.99 but only in HD., so iTunes is the best option.

I want to wish each of you a very Merry Christmas, a Happy Hanukkah, or a happy whatever holiday you celebrate; there are many festivities this time of year and there is nothing wrong with celebrating more than one of them. May everyone receive the awesome gift of great movies/ TV shows on their preferred format. Enjoy them together with family and friends and by yourself, too. Movies make for great shared experiences.

As we take time to reflect about this years ups and downs, its always good to relax around a good meal and family along with playing something you been saving for the right moment this holidays on your home theater setup be it modest or a work of art. Happy Holidays!

Went to the video rental store again today -- scooped up Red Shoes 4K disc and The Night House on BD.

I have the next four days off, so have to catch up on some streaming stuff, as well. Plan to finally start "What If..." and Hawkeye. Also plan to finish up Witcher S2. Being Christmas and all may watch The Hobbit or LOTR trilogies on 4K disc.

I do feel like a kid in a candy store sometimes!

Saw No Way Home in IMAX last night. Was the biggest crowd I've seen in the pandemic, probably 50+ people. The movie was great and I really like how they fit the Doctor Strange stuff into the plot.

High-Def Digest gave the Atmos sound track for No Time To Die very high marks and called it a demo worthy track. Have you checked it out? If so, thoughts. Same for anyone else with a immersive sound system.

Oh yeah, it's a demo disc on all fronts. I Redboxed it on 4K disc and it was great. I'll buy it eventually on 4K disc when the price goes down.
