I would prefer a stacked case as I'm selling the DVD so can put one BD each side.

I know they were originally not issued with a slip case, but I have the promo version issued to HMV shops when first released. So I am guessing a pretty rare slip case.

Did you receive the email recently or during the night?

Spoke to Amazon CS and they said my order status won't change until updated my the courier so its possible its already on the way and hoping they are just staggering updating accounts with info.

Wish I'd known about this amazon.ca thing sooner, I've bought from there before (a while ago since my last order I guess), I never had 2-day shipping for anything.

I have TFA coming from amazon.com, due by the 15th anyway, another week won't kill me.
