I got an e-mail from Play regarding a refund on the Hitchcock boxset. I opened it excitedly and found I had been refunded... 1p

Surely it would cost them more than 1p to refund this amount. I don't know whether it's worth contacting them about refunds on the price drops on the steelbooks. If the price had dropped yesterday, we would have got refunds, but not sure how responsive they would be to this

But as noted above, it is marketplace sellers who have driven the price down to £14.99. The Play.com price is still £17.99.

Also - no marketplace undercuts for Last Samurai or Inception apparently.

The Canadian steelbooks look a lot better in my opinion.

Why couldn't we just get Digibooks of these films like every other European country did?

Got 300 and Heat from Amazon today. Have no idea how they got here undamaged. Amazon sent both in 1 of those standard flat cardboard envelopes.
