Discs finally came in. No shipping notification of any kind. In a big box, discs in individual sleeves, bubble wrapped. So glad this is finally over after so long.

Ok I can now be added to the list of people that got a response only when they sent a totally new/fresh email to WB confirming their address. Do not simply hit Reply to their confirmation email. Weird but, oh well. After I emailed them a separate email, I got this within hours:
“Dear Customer, Thank you for your address. We will send you a pre-paid envelope for you to place your purchased discs into. Please include ONLY the affected discs and not the case, as the case will not be replaced. We will get the envelope out to you ASAP. Thank you. We appreciate your support! Warner Home Video Customer Service | Warner Bros. | WHV@wbd.com” Thank you again to the OP who made note of this! |

since its now july do you think wb going to finally send folks these so called replacements discs or envelopes to send old disc back before the new rocky 4k boxset comes out by 16th or not?
i still am not sure what to do continue to wait or try to get new 4k boxset |

One way to do customer service is to be proactive with messaging and the other is to get swamped by angry emails and just ignore them...

The messages don't have to be angry for them to ignore you. I've only responded to them with any sort of tone if they've failed to respond after multiple emails or their responses have been either generic or non-specific about things. Three years ago I went through a 15-month long saga with them trying to get scratched discs from my Lord of the Rings and Hobbit 4K box sets replaced. Let's just say that there were a great many emails that were undeservedly ignored over that time span. It can be difficult to give them the benefit of the doubt as they've continued to be difficult to work with in the time since then.

I got my discs in the mail last night. As I predicted they sent the discs without me having to send the old ones in first.

i don't know i guess getting little fed up with wb and wished they give me discs already since i try to email them a few weeks ago no response i try to call fed ex on phone just a few mins ago to see if i got any upcoming packages they really don't know the only thing was yesterday titanic replacement disc from paramount

I'm glad that I'm not the only one that hasn't received the replacements. I'm in Tennessee. I sent the request on April 8th. On May 15th I received the email about replacement discs being ready and I would receive envelope for discs ASAP. I sent my response with address the same day. Never received envelope or discs. I proceeded to email on 6/14, 6/26, 6/28. I acted like I just started the process today and sent a new email with request.
