Otherwise, as far as I know, they do not refund remaining months on a full-year plan, though you might be able to sweet-talk a customer support agent into giving you one. YMMV. Just so you know, by the way: if you cancel on either plan, you're not allowed to re-subscribe until 9 months after your subscription ends. Wanted to add: Apparently they did change the membership start date, it now starts either when you first check-in or 2 weeks after the membership sign-up date.

I just pay for movies I have to see in premium... I mean I still get my money's worth on the pass itself, and then pay a little extra for premiums.

Tried signing up through the app at $9.95 per month. Won't take my credit card (it won't let you press submit), and for whatever reason it won't accept my PayPal password? (for what it's worth, I have an android)
Tried using the website on a PC, their plan is $19.95 + $7.95 a month for the entire year (so $115 up front). Is there any way to sign up for the $9.95 plan via a PC? |

Every time I go, there is guaranteed at least one person who seems to be incapable of figuring out how MoviePass is supposed to work. They just show up with their card, expect to get a ticket and then the person working the box office has to take the time to explain the service to them. Now multiply that by however many kids these people have, and keep in mind that every ticket purchased has to be a separate transaction. Ugh. Please no. |
