If the US release is literally $200+ and no Fly Me to The Moon I'll wait it out till whenever it feels like a good buy or I get a deal on eBay.

Same mindset for me, except I don't think it'll hinge on the price. If I'm going to have to sync a "perfect" version, it'll be a lot easier to add subtitles than replace audio.
