Good cast. Great director. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. I love westerns and have never heard of this one.

. Will keep that in mind. Like several of Hill's movies, The Long Riders has been a favorite for many years. Not a western but really like Last Man Standing.

I read about in June, but have not watched a trailer for it yet if there is one out there. I knew right away that I was all in on this one. I will preorder it in the near future.

Well the mature stuff continues to be added to USA's Disney's + even without the Star setup outside the USA.

R rated Deadpool,Deadpool 2, and Logan now available. Remember when we thought this was all going to be family fare.

Family life is often more R rated than any movie, anyway.

First off. Vilya, it’s so nice to see you active in the forum again. I hope all is well with you. As well as the rest of you motley crew. I’ve been in lurker mode and haven’t had much to add due to life.

Secondly, signed up for Paramount+ recently. I had some type of promotion and my girl wanted to watch Lost City and I wanted to check out the Halo series. Which isn’t too bad. Although I am disappointed we see Chief’s face.

That’s something I liked about the Karl Urban Dredd movie. It played true to the characters origins. I’m 2 episodes from finishing the season and now wondering where I can watch Halo-Nightfall.

It was on the MCC game, but there’s no Waypoint anymore. On the physical side, we did go and see the new Thor movie. I had hoped we’d watch it at Studio Movie Grill, but it’s a drive and gas prices are insane.

Just available today.

Where do you go after you’ve directed some of the world’s top-grossing action movies? For the Russo brothers, who helmed Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War and End Game, you make The Gray Man, a movie where Ryan Gosling and Chris Evans play former colleagues at the CIA, but Gosling’s character, Court Gentry, uncovers some deep agency secrets, so obviously Evans’ character, Lloyd Hansen, must chase him around the world to try and kill him. The film co-stars Regé-Jean Page, Ana de Armas, and Indian actor Dhanush, and it cost over $200 million to make. As I say, come for the Duke of Hastings, but stay for the big budget blowouts.

It’s my old sparring partner!

Yeah, it’s great to see Vilya back, we were concerned for a while there.

I get Paramount+ free with my Satellite subscription but haven’t watched Halo yet.

Hope you well.

Today is the day that a friend and I finally start to do my computer rebuild. Getting our schedules to align has been a comical endeavor all of its own, but we are finally ready for lift off!

The parts we are using are listed in my previous post:

https://forum.blu-ray.com/showpost.p...ostcount=37113

I might not post for a few days as this is a big undertaking. Wish me luck!

One would think Disney knows they are near the bottom of the big streamers in terms of viewing percentages. 1.7% according to the last (May) Nielsen chart seen below. It will be interesting to see what Disney does once they have 100% of HULU in 2024.

[Show spoiler]

Hope he/they remember to ground themselves with something like this.

How is the Covid recovery progressing?

Yes I also Love to build PC's, my Core i7 with a SuperMicro MB is still going strong with Windows 10, and a Samsung 1TB SSD. I still have a couple of Seagate spinning Drives that I want to upgrade to another Samsung TB SSD. Case is a Silver NZXT!

Apart from some lingering congestion and a little fatigue I'm pretty much fully recovered. Thanks for asking.

I'm a rebel. I never use an antistatic wristband when doing my builds and/or maintenance. I just make sure I touch metal before handling any PCB's or chips to discharge any static. Knock on wood Ive never fried anything after almost 30 years.
