Great news!.... Mendes/Deakins did an awesome job on Skyfall. I hope Mendes gets Deakins back for DOP and Newman back for the score.

I actually liked Skyfall more than Casino Royale, wasn't expecting to but I loved it.

Interesting...if true, that'd make this the first Bond movie based off a novel (or at least parts of a novel) since Licence To Kill.

I wouldn't get into your minds that the movie will be based on Devil May Care. Bond always some of the worst and random rumors all throughout until more info is given.

And the story originated at The Sun. So the chances of it being more than tabloid speculation/column filler is about 5%.

The Sun is, quite possibly, the least reputable source for any information in this world. In my home town, there's a man who wanders the streets babbling nonsensically, covered in urine -- and he's a better source than that newspaper.

That is fine by me. I love the direction the series has taken since Casino Royale. They have a couple tongue-in-cheek moments, but so many as to make it silly IMO.

It happened with Connery, Moore, and Brosnan. By the time they each got to their 4th outing as Bond, the results were Thunderball, Moonraker, and Die Another Day.

I prefer the camp found in the earlier Bonds, especially during the Roger Moore Bonds...

Like how he blatantly admits to being bad at camp. Intrigues me how a series develops based on little things like what an actor is natural at. Similar to how TV shows get better by focusing on actor strengths as they progress.
