Yup, Elite+. Checked my receipt and don't see my account number on there. Even though my card got scanned.
Will have to go back and get it cleared up.

Cancelled my Amaray order and bought the Steelbook because it's in stock and cheaper. This is the THIRD order in a row where Best Buy changed something around and screwed me over on a pre-order at the last second and the THIRD time my gift card has been re-issued to me. Getting really tired of this.

They won't even allow an exchange!!!! I had to cancel the original order and place the new order for the Steelbook and wait for my account to be refunded and GC to be re-issued. Crappy policy when this mix up wa not my fault.

I believe you get 250 points after purchase but it doesn't reflect on your account for a while; this is similar to when you make purchases the points take some time to clear and go through before you can redeem them for certificates.

If that's not the case, I don't know what else it could be but I will be asking them at the store to verify this promo for me, thanks for the heads up.

I actually called on Sunday to inquire about this when I saw their add. I'm Elite Plus. I'm not sure if they were just giving me a canned answer or if they actually knew, but they claimed to me that points take a couple weeks to show up (which I guess is true) and I should get the 250 points in a couple weeks. I'm sure that is a standard answer, but maybe it's correct...Curious if anyone else finds anything out about it. I've had mine preordered for at least a month.

The regular version isn't being stocked in stores yet. Sony seems to have stock issues sometimes. They didn't send any regular copies of Inferno when that came out either.

The 4K wall will be increasing from 80 titles to 120 next week. It's possible it will be part of that but I haven't taken a look yet.

ugh, just got an email from amazon saying I won't get it until next Wednesday... they screwed me on John Wick 2 and now this, I might quit preordering from them since at least one local retailer usually has them for the same price and in stock... in theory it is convenient since I don't have to spend time to go pick it up but if they keep this up then it's not worth it... my local frys shows to have the regular 4k in stock so I will go there after work... I like that cover so much I'm debating if I should unload my zavvi steelbook and keep the 4k case instead

I just picked this at my local Walmart and took a quick look at various scenes. All I can say is Whoa! As good as the remastered Blu-ray was, this is definitely a few notches up. Some scenes are slightly dark, not unusual for HDR on an OLED set and there is some visible grain. Colors, however, are very vibrant and the level of detail, is amazing. On my OLED TV, the pure black and enhanced contrast make certain scenes really pop. Closeups of peoples faces are tack sharp, maybe something that the actors wouldn't necessarily appreciate. Watching Milla Jovovich's Leeloo being created in the vat is eye popping. The Atmos audio, as it was on the last Blu-ray release, is excellent and is very immersive. All in all, this is a worthy upgrade from the Blu-ray. Now if only Chris Tucker didn't have so much screen time (not a big fan).

I just cancelled my Best Buy order for the Steelbook (and The Professional) since they haven't shipped either yet.

Instead I re-ordered them for in-store pickup. Only problem is that I have to go to two different stores (in completely different directions) but these are 2 of my favorite movies and I wasn't willing to wait and wonder when I might get them.
