Honestly that looks pretty good already. Other than the missing 4K UltraHD / HDR logos, the spine is the only thing bothering me. I would include a small picture of Neve at the top instead of that cutoff ghostface mask. And of course “Scream” sideways on it too (maybe in red letters?).

If/when they announce this to be a 4K remaster I’d also include something like ‘new 4K remaster’ on the back.

Looks pretty great. I like how it well the black & white color scheme of the artwork plays with the also black & white color scheme of the 4K top banners (and it’d also look good on the black 4K blu-ray cases).

I figured, but I don't think that's the original cover. The grid on the top of the back looks more WB than Lionsgate and there are no Lionsgate logos. I'd bet this is a fan cover.

I found this one which I liked quite a lot. It represents the film pretty well imo, with the house where the party takes place in the second half of the film being at the bottom, ghostface overlooking the whole thing (well represented given the stalking/killing), and Sidney looking like she does during the climax.

Not sure about the clouds though, maybe a simple night sky with the moon would have been fine.

I'm aware of forced perspective, it was more of an observation on how the Weinsteins really wanted us all to know that Drew Barrymore is in the film by putting her on the poster twice and making sure she was the forefront in both images.....should have made my comment more detailed

There weren't any other official promo photos of Matthew Lillard so I had to use one of him smiling. It was also really small so I upscaled it with AI. Same thing with Rose McGowan (though she fared better) Believe me it's bothering me too!

Considering we still have 4 months till release day, I wonder how long will it be till we see the finalized cover for the 4K.

I’d be surprised if the finalized artwork isn’t
shown during July. That’d be 3 months from
October. So I’m guessing it’ll be July

Hands down, this is by far the only cover that actually looks official. Nice, simple and iconic.

I kind of wish the black hood was on. I know it's the artistic intent, but it looks kind of weird how it goes into plain whiteness with zero facial structure or anything else there.
