Had a quick scan through Cabin Fever 1.
Noticeable depth in wide-shot daylight scenes - a bit of depth in other scenes.
3D experience is nothing to write home about (for the 1st film, anyway) - but i think the 3D looked better here than my store-bought Madison County 3D.

Agreed - though this one was a real little 3D gem.

$10 for Rise Of The Guardians?!!!!??? You came out WAY AHEAD on that transaction!!!! You should be pleased with the 3D.
Good call on Guardians! Fun movie and the 3D was great. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was thinking about importing Tarzan 3D. Any thoughts on that one?

Ordered Rise of the Guardians at Amazon. I don't really care that much for the movie, but at that price I couldn't resist.

I was actually referring to the 2013 version. I would snatch up the Disney one in a heartbeat though if there was a 3D!

Looks like we might be getting a 3D release on the Disney one.

Jumper; waste of time. Pointless 3D, no better than the 2D version.

Men in Black 3 3D. Excellent use of 3D. It was better than Star Trek:Into Darkness and G.I.Joe: Retaliation.

Last bought: Rise of the Guardians for $9.99 and Doctor Who: Day of the Doctor for $14.99.

Last watched: I, Frankenstein. Not as horrible as the 3% on RT would suggest, but still pretty dull. Good 3D at least.

This 3% is definitely not a fair indication of the film. I've seen considerably worse movies with better scores.

Not terrible, fairly harmless horror comedy. Took a little while to get going. Some good pop outs and depth.

I used that $5 credit at BB so these were both about $7.50 each. I can live with that.

Me too. Can't wait to watch it.

By the way, I wanted to comment on the exceptional 3D conversion for Captain America: The Winter Soldier. There were two scenes in particular which are notable in the 3D version - one during a fight between Captain and the Winter Soldier, where he fires a RPG and it flies right past Rogers' head and out of the screen. It was the first time I had actually ducked during a 3D movie.

The second scene was when Falcon was flying through the Helicarriers. Was an amazing showcase for the format, really looked great as explosions, jets and debris were flying out of the screen.
