We ran it again looking for that 4th chest (and the rumoured 5th chest, but I think it's a photoshop tbh) we beat the boss and stupidly moved past the area in to the caves below so called it quits since we don't get anything for running it again until the new week starts. We're going to try it again next week so we t least get loot from it. You don't even earn XP in there

Thats the one I was playing last night when my team dumped me right before the final boss. I was able to finally beat him, but did so in a cheap way.

All four "bosses looted" slots on my Destiny app for Tier 1 are filled.

My rewards were 3 Ascendant Shards twice, the Corrective Measure legendary machine gun, and these Prime Zealot Gloves.

I died so many times fighting the second level. I didn't know I could shoot myself out of the shield that was put on me. I thought I was doing something wrong. Ended up with a 10 K/D ratio.

Report them. Though consider that a few times I have been booted by the server during the boss fight, so it might have been inadvertant. It also drives me crazy when players go camp in hiding spots letting you do all the fighting while they just reap the rewards and probably a bounty for not dying. Random strikes are not the appropriate way to earn that bounty. Sepiks Prime on normal difficulty is.

A humorous attempt at the raid on hard mode was made by level 28s and 29s. Got to the Templar boss and it was apparent immediately it was not going to happen. We were actually just hoping to collect loot from the first chest, but it was empty for us. Where is the fourth chest. Kills me that I missed some good loot after those efforts, especially the first one that was really hard.

I'm confused on how light is supposed to raise your level. I just got gauntlets with a light level of 2 but my level still says 20. How exactly does this work? Do I have to find other armor with light to raise my level? I assumed I would be able to get experience points once I found them. Is is just combining light armor to raise your level?

see where it says light +22??

that's where your light level will be kept track of. each piece of rare, legendary, or exotic armor will raise your cumulative total along with your level.

my light level went up 2 whole levels w/just 2 armor upgrades.

Yes, legendary preferably if you want to get past 24

Also leveling up your armor raises it's light level.

It takes 21 light to hit level 21, and then 11 light each level after that (32 for 22, 43 for 23, etc). A quick way to help remember this is that the last number you need is the light level you are trying to reach.

Every time you upgrade an armor's defense it's light will go up too.

Finally obtained my first exotic weapon, Bad JuJu, after completing exotic bounty. The coolest looking gun I've come across but the mag size and impact is way too low. I hear it's getting buffed soon. For now I'm probably going to stick with my fully upgraded Shadow Price.
