Yes! As I first posted three days ago, Wal-Mart, which is open at midnight, has the lowest current price on The Trilogy - ($27.96) as well as the lowest current price on the standard Blu/DVD Combo ($17.96) - and I got The Bat Cowl and The Trilogy at Midnight!!!

I really wish that the steelbook were more limited. I think its cool when you have something that semi rare. Takes away from the excitement of going when the store opens only to see over a 100 of them.

It is better then having Ppl on Ebay buying like 10 of them though. Least this time almost anyone who goes on release day should get one. SB that is.

I got my copy from Amazon today (had Prime when I ordered this). The lenticular cover looks really nice. The corner of my slip got a bit crushed in transit, though. Actually, my last 3-4 orders from Amazon have arrived with some kind of minor damage.

Looking forward to watching the movie again, though. I don't think it is as good as The Dark Knight. It felt a little messy and bloated to me -- almost like two movies in one -- but I still enjoyed it. Really liked Hathaway as Selina.

Live near Dallas and our Walmart was the same with only 2 copies of the batcowl edition. Mine is # 2241, and since amazon screwed up my order thank you Walmart

The only thing exclusive to Best Buy is the Dark Knight Reborn documentary.

The Best Buy Steelbook has only 1 unique extra (and not so original) 35 or 38 minute feature. In fact, some of the ads seem to suggest it contains only one Blu-ray disc - meaning you would lose a lot of features and/or PQ - but I find that hard to believe. We'll know in the morning.

My Walmart put them out at midnight, they had literally 2 Bat Cowl editions, I grabbed one and never looked back!

It was $24.96 and limited number edition!

Walmart didn't do a midnight release for this; it's just that some locations have decided to stay open 24 hours during the holiday season and they opted to put out new releases at 12:01am.

ok, I have 3 24 hour walmarts surrounding my area but they are always lazy about putting titles out until about 4-5 in the morning. was hoping it was official so I could go down to the nearest one in a half hour.

They're open at midnight, so ... nothing special, just normal business. My store got bugged at the half dozen-or-so people milling about and put out their display 20 minutes early. They only got 2 Bat Cowl versions and I was lucky to get the last one (an employee got the first).

Maybe call ahead to find out if they started stocking shelves earlier than usual, so that you can get a jump on others? Based on input from other members, if Walmart stores are allocated no more than two per location, securing a copy could be a challenge. I guess it depends on how badly you want this for your collection.
