Actually, I'm expecting some kind of special sales on BR, given that there are no big lists of releases for a few weeks.

BtT was a good film, but nothing what the commercials made it to be. Just dont feel the need to watch it again.

So this is how the BD studios expect to win the format war? 5 exclusive studios and all they could do was release one title? This is pathetic and a slap in the face of the early adopters who shelled out loads of money in support of the format.

Question for all of you who have now seen it on blu ray.

What did you think? How as PQ? Is it worth buying?

Content-wise, what are your thoughts? I have not seen this movie yet. (read the book when I was in school many ages ago) I don't have kids but like a good fantasy movie. At the same time I am not looking for a strictly children's movie.
