People love to hate and spread it around the net. That's why they'll line up and hate on the movie. On topic, I'm intrigued by a 5th installment, but I want Harrison to be in the movie, if he's not, then the idea doesn't interest me that much.

Yes I know, I know...you don't like it, I understand. Can we move on now?

On topic, I think the Atlantis story line might be fun, having a father/son adventure like they did with Last Crusade.

wtf...where do you people come up with this stuff?

"Yeah, a franchise from my childhood that I love is finally being ressurrected after all these years! I cant WAIT to get to the theater, hate it, and get on my computer and shit all over it for the world to see!"

does that really make sense? Maybe the movie just didnt turn out good? Isnt that a possibility? That rationale just doesnt compute with me.

Why get upset? Read what I posted. People do like to hate/troll on movies. Like I said, I'm intrigued by a 5th installment. What did I say about the 4th?

I'm not upset at all. I just.....eh. Never mind.

Harrison already said in an interview a while back that he would be willing to reprise his role...if the money was right. His heart isnt even in it like it used to be. Its just a paycheck to him now. I completely understand. Not knocking him for it.

I think they might go with a Indy/Mutt story line, I would not mind seeing that.

Actualy Indy as always been his favorite character. He as always hated Han Solo and in a fashion Star Wars. He was happy with Star Wars because it brought him up in the elite group and then was able to pick his movies but he was never really hoping or wishing to make another Star Wars movie.

Maybe one can hope that he will care for the next installment.... Sure it's a business decision for him, but maybe just maybe he will read some constructive criticism and try a bit harder?

Sounds more like you're talking about Temple of Doom to me.

Cause Indy IV was as good as the original. In every way. Even the baddies were as interesting.

Can't say the same about the baddys in Temple or Last Crusade thought.

Yes, it make perfect sense. Just like the people who whine about remakes.

It just get's old. It's all we hear. As soon as Lucas, Star Wars, Indy,Spielberg are mention anywhere for whatever reason, it turn's automaticly into a "let's all hate Lucas with Indy 4 & the prequels sucks". Everyone is allowed not liking movies, it's all a matter of taste but is there a need to destroy every thread started about it?

I do not like The Godfather, for me its the most boring thing in the world, I would rather watch grass grow then ever watching that movie again. I do not go in every thread I see about it or it's director making post how they both suck. This thread is about a possible 5th Indy movie, let's not turn it into another 300 posts of "Lucas as raped my childhood".

On topic, there is a few Indy books that were produce in the 90's that might make good adaptations to the screen. I am just very hyped for another Indy. I figured the 4th would be the last so the idea of a 5th movie is great for me.

I still find it hard to believe that Paramount would let the Indy movie go in the first place. It's been almost 30 years and none of them lost money. Why let a moneymaker go? Unless it's not up to Paramount and G.L. has the final word

I would think so as well. I think if there is a 5th movie it will be with Paramount

Hey! I am not saying it's boring. I am sure tons of people loved it, I just don't. I do not like most of the actors in it, I don't find gangster movies that fun too watch. I saw it because it's The Godfather and I always see different type of movies. I just know I will never see it again.
