Went to Future Shop yesterday & didn't notice anything for a good deal really. Picked up the theatrical digibook of Natural Born Killers for 16.99 (finally the price dropped), & may still get the director's cut when it comes out soon.

ONLINE SALE AT FS

I assume that BB will have the same thing for Canada's day. The online sale starts tomorrow at 9 PM and runs till July 2nd. 10% off "select" blu ray titles. Lets see if there is anything worth buying after they jack up their prices.

Note to Futureshop: "10% off" is not a sale; get back to me when you have more $9.99 or $14.99 promos like the last couple of weeks, or 30% off. THAT would be a sale.

The only disc worth noting perhaps in the flyer I received yesterday for Best Buy, was the blu for The Cell (Canadian exclusive) for 11.99. No word yet however as to whether the disc will be the wrong ratio & only 1080i tho...

picked up The Cell $11.99 Push is not in stores yet? 14th instead. already got it through pre ord from elsewhere. anyway, also got Eraser from FS, and We Were Soldiers $14.99 from Maxi grocery store!

I know weird. I was in the rental store, BBV, and they had the place holder for Knowing, 12 Rounds but not push. I guess Push got pushed back . Pun fully intended.

Push is coming next week. This doesn't surprise me, since Paradox is releasing in the US (newer & small company), & Seville puts it out here (another small-ish company compared to Alliance or Fox). They just may not be well coordinated yet. I'd expect this to happen from time to time in the future.

push was actually due to come out last month but was moved to the 7th and then moved again to the 14, hence the error by Fs and even advertised media, i hope its worth it, but imho a ggod move for them since the only other good movie coming out on the 14 is che part one, although, wtf, theres NO blu ray of that, i mean, wtf

Yeah isn't the Che thing odd? Part 1 next week, 2 next month. Seville is releasing them in Canada even before the US gets them, which is bizarre & perhaps can't justify spending the $ to put out blus... Wait on Criterion for Che.
