I'm white and would also have instantly bought this on blu, just as I did with Meet the Browns. It's not classic cinema, but it is solid entertainment for the right audience (and as others have mentioned, way better than some of the other crap that gets bluray releases).

It sucks, but I agree with the 'black' thing. I'm not being racist, but it certainly seems that the studios are saying that the target audience for the film doesn't buy blu-ray.
