WWE SmackDown! Vs. RAW 2010 -- November 10, 2009

So based on what I read, am I right in assuming that created wrestlers will look more like the real wrestlers? In past games, the created wrestlers look far more cartoony than the real ones, and that was always annoying.

Part of why I used to buy the games was just to have a wrestling engine, and I'd make all the old wrestlers that I actually wanted, without really using the ones provided in the game.

I was hoping Legends of WM would've solved that problem, because that included most (but not all) of the wrestlers I wanted in a game. Unfortunately, instead of building a legends game around the SD engine, they switched to that simplified arcadey thing, which wasn't very fun.

Sadly I doubt LoWM sold well enough to convince them to make a 2nd game, because I see it's pretty much $39 new, wherever you go.

So now I might have to eventually go back to buying a Smackdown game, and making those wrestlers myself.

Basically the same reason Goldust is there, to help the younger wrestlers grow and understand the business. Make them look better.

JBL probably because they are still in good standings with him, and could have signed some kind of merchandise deal. The others because the game was probably already so far ahead in production, it would have been too late to take them out unless absolutely necessary, like adding in Chris Jericho at the last minute one year, and removing Chris Benoit from the 08 game.

I haven't bought wrestling game since 2006 and I'm thinking about getting one to test it out in true high definition. From what it's looking like, I'm moreso leaning towards getting this because I enjoyed the games while wrestling is just trash now.
