Well, my charge went through on DDDhouse so hopefully I get it. I guess I will know once I get the confirmation email.

Even if it is pulled from the shelves, it'll be back later. I saw a member trying to sell his Red Cliff II copy for $50 already I'd be interested in getting the international cut if they release it on Blu-ray. That would make a triple dip for me since I bought the HK and the Taiwanese version

I also hope they don't ruin it with an English dub and I seriously doubt they did. Crouching Tiger, Curse of the Golden Flower... etc all had original Chinese audio.

Yeah, I'm at the same crossroads that you are... just waiting on the confirmation "shipped" e-mail. It seems like it's taking longer than the usual time-frame for it, so we'll wait and see.

I'm getting the "processing" status from Renchi. I hate international cuts, so this is particularly tense.

yea but amazon is trying to sell Ip Man for 60 bucks so it's not so strange. Like anyone would pay for that when they could get it for half on an import site.

Sorry, meant that as a joke, the lunatic is me, and the price is for those who do not wish to import.

oh, haha, I see. However, even with importing it you can get it for 35 bucks and there are some very reliable sites out there so 50 bucks is still steep. 40 would be more appropiate.

I placed an order with Renchi and then my PayPal account was hacked the very next day. Now that's tense, and I wouldn't recommend that site to anyone.

I got Red Cliff II for 35 at dddhouse, but I still have not received my confirmation email on that it has been shipped, so I am getting pretty worried.

Just got mine in today from Blu-asia. Looking forward to my first viewing of both. I blind bought both these and Ip Man. Ip Man was a home run.

They usually take a few days, also check back to your account in case the automated email didn't make it to you. When I ordered mine a few months ago, it took almost 3 weeks for the entire process, but I was willing to wait and I wanted the cheapest price.

Still waiting for confirmation of my Taiwanese version to be shipped. I want to view it in open matte and get those lovely slipcovers

I received an e-mail from DDD House this morning informing me that Red Cliff II was out-of-stock, but that it would be back in stock this week.

As one who has had both RC-1 & 2 for quite some time , I feel your pain
I wouldn't take any International Chopped-up Version if it were free.
(and if you don't have Ip Man as well , get it !!!)

Just got from blu-asia, the movies just kick-a$$
I thought "Troy" and "300" were good, but Red Cliff are even much better, amazing overall.
