Yeah, to see it, just go to the main Blu-Ray page and keep refreshing until the banner changes to Monsters, Inc.

Although I don't see this as much of a deal as the UK version is the same price to import ($28.xx) and you get it at least 2 months early. However the UK Monsters, Inc doesn't have a digital copy (I think).

Don't feel dumb. I was just hassling you...I knew what you meant.
It has to do with licensing and studio release schedules. In America, it is very calculated as to when a title releases (usually to promote something else that may be similar).
Of course there will always be exceptions.

Back in the day, other countries would threaten their disorderly people with threats like, "you'll be shipped to those Americas" or "you'll be sent of to the states". Everyone knew it was the dreaded USA.

You could import it. It is cheaper on the Amazon UK right now and it comes out to be about the same as the American release. The only thing you would probably miss out on is the Disney Reward Points and a digital copy. Otherwise PQ and AQ should be the same.

Ah ok. Ya. I like to collect the points to but I don't buy every Disney title so I missing one isn't going to hurt my points.

Disney needs to hury up with the movies i have frigin 150 in disney reward $ that i need to spend by dec 2010 put out monsters in the us or at least give aus a firm date or if we are deff geting it this year i know its been said its coming this year but i want to hear from disney

This is interesting. Amazon has moved the date of the movie to August 11. Was there a press release I missed?
