You didn't miss much. It's just like Star Wars.

Just read the review. The BD is the only release that contains extras, yet they still couldn't make them all in HD. That is disappointing.

The review sounds promising. Glad they gave such an awesome film a pretty good transfer.

Didn't see it yet but I'm picking it up tomorrow from BB. I have a reward zone certificate so I'll use that. I love Anna Faris and Seth Rogen so hopefully I'll love this too.

Read lots of mixed reviews, but I'll take it as an underrated film that people figured would be like Paul Blart (which I'm watching tonight) so no one saw it. Asked around from people who liked 40 Year Old Virgin, Knocked Up and other movies to see what they thought of it.

Hilarious so far but only 10 minutes in, can't wait to see how the rest of it goes. 4/5 for PQ, 4/5 for AQ and 4.5/5 for the movie itself.

I think this one will gain a bigger following on video. I loved it when I saw it in theaters, and the blu viewing didn't diminish that impression last night one bit.

Loved it, much as I did Jody Hill's other film, The Foot Fist Way (Danny McBride at his best). Like TFFW, this film isn't as much a pure comedy as a somewhat dark character study filled with comic moments. Not for everyone though, and some will cringe during a particular enlongated chase scene (Think Dr. Manhatten).

Just finished watching it. If you see one "mall cop" movie, see O&R. It was really funny and even shocking sometimes...definitely a hard R. Anna Farris is hilarious even though I would have like to have seen her more. Very witty humor though. I can't wait to see it again.

PQ: 4.5/5
AQ: 4.0/5 (I didn't have it cranked though)
Movie: 4.25/5

Sorry to disagree, but this movie was very disappointing. Maybe his worst film since that whole Apatow crew took off with 40yr Old Virgin.

I was not a big fan of Pineapple Express either. Very long movie with not alot of funny going on.

i applaud rogen for taking this role, it was a dark movie! definitely a risky movie, i thought it was hilarious.

[Show spoiler]i looooved the assistant dude with the curly dark hair. when rogen was trying to scare faris, the assistant whispering in the background "you gonna die," made me laugh so hard. his body gestures/physical comedy was spot on!

I thought the movie had great potential. Unfortunately, it seemed to wrecklessly waver between the 'dark' stuff and the 'light' stuff without really knowing if it was going to actually be a movie about
[Show spoiler]a guy with genuine, psychological issues
or if was really more Seth Rogen as Seth Rogen. Just a real mixed bag which probably could have used a little more development from a writing standpoint.

Bought this movie today. That had to be one of the funniest endings I have ever seen in a movie. I was completely not expecting that.

No. The DC expired (9/22/10). But you might get lucky and find one with slipcover and DC at one of the retail stores hidden behind some other blu-rays.
