i just watched the entire torchwood-children of earth series on blu and thought it was incredible. mind you i am a hugh fan of the show. i thought that the acting was up to torchwood standards, i liked the plot and the way it ended, WOW! the ending and the overall theme of the show really puts a new spin on what season 3 will be about and how they will pick up the pieces! the picture quality was incredibly clear, the sound was great, really a lot of rumbling when and where it should have been, too bad they didn't use more surround effects, but they did at some well placed times and it worked out great. the DTS-HD-HR was really done well; the LFE was spot on. i am very happy to have added this to my library. i had no problems playing it on my Oppo, none. for fans of the series i highly recommend it for a buy and for sci-fi lovers i recommend the rental.
