Again, I must stress to you, that although it looks and feels like you are going to damage the steelbook, you will not, or at least to this point I have not and I have probably done about 25 of them.

This is a great trick as I, like tiger and I am sure a few others, have replaced a steelbook because the one that I received had a floater.

You have now been enlighten, go forth and spread the word of the steel ......

It's really easy to do with one discer, don't be scare even if the Steelbook is almost flat it take it's shape back, I've sucessfully fixed all my loose 1 disc Steelbooks but I haven't succeed with a 2 disc yet.

Man I just tried it and I was unsuccessful and I just went ahead and opened the SteelBook, screw it. Thanks for the tip anyways and it will probably help others though.

Damn, I just figured out how to fix the rattling discs and fixed three damaged SteelBooks that I am going to send to Amazon.de. Oh well, I was going to open up all the Harry Potter's anyways. It will be helpful for next time this happens though. Thanks again for the tip CrashKelly.

Got to enjoy them The way I thought it was easier was to lay the SteelBook facing up and then hold the SteelBook side ways and then shaking it gently until the disc goes into place. After I did that it seemed easier to get the disc to lock in and then I pressed down on the SteelBook and viola.

At first I thought the only way I could EVEN possibly have a chance on fixing a loose disc was to try to shake it around until it seemed to hit the center hub as CRASH explained earlier. Then, with an acceleration of as close to the speed of light as possible, just thrust the steelbook upwards in hopes I can hear a click along the way up... but to no avail

Thats why THE ONE has now enlightened us all...and given the "unwanted" loose disc steelies a second chance to carry out their mission in life...

I've only had one loose disc so far. I ended up opening it though as I wanted to watch the movie ASAP!

So just to clarify the German MM exclusive Ironman is Region B locked correct? Mine is still sealed but I've been contemplating opening it as the back part of the steelbook appears to have came 'unglued' in one spot.

That's what I have been told from good old victors.... I have been contemplating on getting this one but the region locked thing has me iffy and my pocket cannot take the hit right now...as this one is REALLY getting up there

Yea I'm not sure if it's worth purchasing again. If I could get it open a small dab of crazy glue would hold that steelbook like it was brand new! But I'm not sure how I could get it resealed again since my FS Ironman is already open...
