If the film hasn't sold well before on other formats, it will not be a part of this series.

I'd say Titanic, which sold well on VHS and multiple DVD editions is a shoe in.
Goodburger will be next.

Chinatown and Sunset Boulevard would be nice, of course Private Ryan would be awesome, but not holding my breath on that one.
