Default Blu-ray Disc Labels

Does anybody else hate it when Blu-ray discs have the plain shiney silver generic looking label on the disc? I am really bothered by this especially when the same movie on DVD has a nicely colored picture related to the movie as its label. It makes the Blu-ray discs look cheap. For instance, the dvd version of Deep Impact has a nice color label on its disc and the Blu-ray disc has the ugly, plain, cheap looking silver one. Why the change? So much is done to make the PQ and AQ of Blu-rays special so why not put a decent label on the disc! What could it possible cost to make a nice color label? 2 cents? Come on Dreamworks and Paramount just to name a few, stop making your Blu-rays look cheap!

Other Blu-rays with the crappy cheap looking labels just to name a few

Bee Movie
Kung Fu Panda
Madagascar 1 and 2
Monsters vs Aliens
Shrek the Third

Blu-rays with nice labels

The Day After Tomorrow
The Perfect Storm
The Texas Chainsaw Massacre
All Planet Earth discs
Die Hard 1,2,3
Imax Deep Sea
The 7th Voyage of Sinbad
