If you want the 3D version, I'd pick up my copy of this one right away if I were you. This version appears to include the 3D version on a Blu-ray disc and the 2D version and the digital copy on a DVD. You remove the slipcover and the art inside removes all mention of it being in 3D, so they'll probably end up dropping that along with the digital copy eventually.

This one is from Warner after all. They also have a 3D episode and glasses included with Chuck Season 2 for a limited time only. :/

Nah, I watched the 2D version last night and it was on the blu-ray along with the 3D version. A second disc in the case has the digital copy.

I believe the only version released is the BD/DVD/DC combo pack. WB is supposed to provide those on all 2010 day & date titles. Are the copies you're seeing not including the slipcover?

Ah, thanks. The printing on the Digital Copy DVD says that it's also a DVD copy of the 2D version. And that along with the Blu-ray disc art only saying 3D on it, I guess I misunderstood. I don't have the time to watch the movie right now to see for myself.

I got mine from Best Buy.

All of the releases, at least in the U.S., should come with a Blu-Ray and a DVD/Digital Copy combo disc.

I picked it up at Target... it doesn't say that it includes a DVD on the case itself, just on the sticker on the front of the slipcover, but the DVD and digital copy are on the same disc, so every copy in the US will have the DVD and DC and Blu-ray (at least for now.)

Does the 3d work or is it just a rushed print. The 3d in the theater was real cool.

Got it from Netflix and it had the 3D version. In fact, they just sent disc one of the two disc set since it had all the extras.

And the 3D does suck as its red & blue anaglyph and unfortunately, my astigmatism messes up the effect as one eye is better than the other.

Its ok. I mean...its not as good as it was in the theaters. Theres a good chance that WB might re-release it on Blu-ray 3D.

I saw this last night. I watched the first five minutes in 3D and it looked like crap, so I switched it to 2D, which was much better. I just don't see myself watching a 3D movie at home and wearing 3D glasses while sippin on Bud Light. Bad combination.

the evolution of the Final Destination series. (i love all 4 by the way)

1) actually a very good, successful movie. takes itself seriously, not meant to be funny. good scary, creepy flick

2) still a good and successful movie. deaths take a much more ridiculous route, but they aren't necessarily going for laughter. still, there is a clear effort at more humor in number 2. my personal favorite in the series.

3) humor continues to evolve, becomes important to the new identity of the series. deaths become completely ridiculous. still a sense of creepy/horror that is successful, but not nearly as much as 1 or 2.

4) don't even try to be serious for 95 percent of the flick. graphic animation is the worst of all 4. humor is prevalent, acting is the worst. death scenes not realistic looking in comparison in any way to previous movies. still a successful flick for what it is trying to do, but easily the worst of the 4.
