I saw 300 in the cinema, and while I taught it was good, its not a film I really want to see many times more. I love war films, but I like them to have a good story with them also. Like Braveheart or Gladiator. I personally dont think the story in 300 is that good, very thin.

300 was great movie, and the gf enjoyed it. what i want to see on bluray is the ridley scott film, Gladiator. I can't wait for that one.

Im buying 300, Shooter for sure, as for TMNT my kid 2 1/2 also loves this movie, i took him to see it in theaters and i was surprised he actually sat through the whole movie so definately buying this one too. A lot of blurays i must get but a lot of older ones im trying to catch up on.

never got a chance to see vacancy, but how was that? is it worth buying on BD?

Will be picking up 300, Disturbia and Shooter. Already got my pre-orders in and they've all been dispatched plus I'm going to have to pick up "The Fifth Element Re-Mastered" come payday then from next month I'm going to be completely broke by the looks of it.
Am going to have to get myself "Gangs of NewYork on the 13th August, followed by "Transformers: The Ultimate Edition" when it's released on the 17th September, Zodiac on the 18th, "Next" on the 25th, then October will see Cars, Spiderman 1,2 and 3 and Hollow Man.. man I'm gonna be watching Blu-rays in a cardboard box huddled next to a lit trash can by christmas if they keep up with releases like this all year..and they say drug addictions bad..

i liked it but it was VERY short and the ending was to sudden. But at buy.com with the discount you can get it for 16 dollars

THANKS i will check it out. i just can't see luke wilson in an action movie, then again owen wilson was in the Haunting, and it was cool.
