That problem has been corrected on the UK Blu-ray and supposedly Amazon UK is shipping out the corrected version now.

This movie is really snake-bit, to have had serious errors on both the US and UK releases, released by independent entities.

Neither does "2001: A Space Odyssey." Yet it sounds unbelievable with HD audio.

Same thing with "Let the Right One In."

thanks again to Miss Chanelle Francis who was handling the exchange program!
I sent my "faulty" DTS Audio only Blu Ray to her and she replaced it with the REAL disc.
Now "Let the Right One In" finally has DTS HD MASTER AUDIO!
Thanks

So are you guys listening to the Swedish sound track and watching the English Theatrical subtitles?

I was listening to the English and using the fixed Theatrical subtitles and they still do not match exactly. Also what are the other English subtitles about? Id think there would be English, Spanish etc etc for subtitles not several versions of English subtitles.

Also , check this out(in bold) .......>>
From Wikipedia
The book was a bestseller in the author's home country of Sweden and has been translated into Danish, German, Russian, English and Chinese in 2007 and Finnish in 2008. It has also been translated into Italian, Spanish, Polish, and Norwegian. A Swedish-language film version by the same name, directed by Tomas Alfredson, was released in 2008 to widespread critical acclaim. An English-language remake, to be directed by Matt Reeves, is scheduled for release in 2010.

Seems like we have run out of ideas it just seems. Everything remade nowadays. I guess I should wait til it actually comes out before I judge it though.

The American version isn't going to be a remake of the Swedish movie, it's going to be a new adaptation of the book.

In all actuality, "Let the Right One In" the movie is vastly different from the book it's based off. The characters were changed quite a bit for the film. It's still a good movie, but the American adaptation might prove to be a more true representation.

Friday the 13th Remake was a kick in the nuts for all old school Friday the 13th fans!
It sucked big-time and i rated it 1/10
The other ones on your list...well i agree! They were actually pretty good!
But a Remake of "Let The Right One In"....is heresy!
+Nightmare on Elmstreet without Robert Englund is like pizza without cheese!

Overture Films has set Oct. 1 as the release date for "Let Me In," from "Cloverfield" director Matt Reeves. Now shooting in New Mexico, the film stars Kodi Smit-McPhee ("The Road"), Chloe Moretz ("Kick-Ass") and Oscar nominee Richard Jenkins ("The Visitor").

Reeves adapted the screenplay from Danish vampire cult hit "Let the Right One In," directed by Tomas Alfredson. Both are based on the Swedish novel by John Ajvide Lindqvist.

"Let" tells the story of a young boy who befriends the kid next door -- who turns out to be a vampire.

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre remake is pretty darn good, IMO anyhow.
