I live in Madrid and I´ve seen searching for this around shops since Christmas and I´ts getting pretty hard to find. Right now I only know of one place to get it and they have like 2-3 copies left.

I would imagine so - they did the last time they got the first steelie.

+1 - the couple of times I ordered from them, even around the HD DVD days, dvdgo sent my stuff in a oversized box, but everything was LOOSE.

Imagine the problems with the same packaging job if one were to order 5 steelies.

they sent me an email to say they have charged my card and I just ordered it today, they also want me to fax them a scan of my credit card and id for the order to be processed

Craig, DVDgo does this as well. It's their additional measure for verification to combat fraud per their explanation to me a few years ago. So maybe, Starcafe does it for similar reasons.

probably that's the reason my card got used a few weeks ago, 3 unauthorized transaction of 50€ each
