It isn't much of a curse on her personally, if it took a couple of decades to affect her. In that case, any cast member of Poltergeist could die from old age and then be said to have been cursed.

I understand what you mean about the two girls who were sisters in the movie. I just don't see how you can bring up the curse for Zelda, considering how long it's been since she was in the movie, and also considering how old she was, when she died.
