My thoughts too, I might rent She's Outta My League, and Brooklyn's Finest but only through netflix, I woudln't pay $4 a rental for them, and I sure as hell wouldn't pay a movie ticket price of $9.75 to see any of those titles.

I just saw a screening of REPO MEN. An odd flick - VERY dark, with a fair amount of humor and LOTS of gore. Will be surprised if the cut I saw is what is released as rated R. Like Brazil + Minority Report + Oldboy + ...I don't know, Thank You for Smoking?

My friend & I both liked it (as did most of the audience), but we were both like "And who do they expect to go see this movie?"

Was it good though? I had a feeling there would be a lot of gore.

Or Repo! The Genetic Opera without the singing.

I guess - never saw it. Titles with "!" and "Opera" are kind of a double turn-off for me! There was a brief shot of the Live Organ Transplants scene from "Monty Python's Meaning of Life" on TV, which I seems to predate the opera by 20 some odd years...

Idioteque: I don't know if it was good - but it succeeded in telling the story and maintaining an odd, bleak tone.

Apple needs to fix that date on their trailer website. Still says 26th.
