Amazon, Wal-Mart & Best Buy! I don't buy from Gamestop, though!

Where-ever the lowest price can be found.

Generally I don't pay more than $40 for a game if at all possible, and most of the games that I own have been purchased for $20 or less.

I buy pretty much all of my games on eBay.

Blu-ray movies are a different story alltogether though, that's why I am Amazon.ca exclusive for them.
I go to gamestop, but them morons who work there are annoying so I might go somewhere else. I hope gamestop goes out of business!

If I'm buying used, I go to Gamestop.

If I'm buying new, it depends on whether I have some credit at Gamestop (from trading games). Otherwise I just buy a game from wherever. Although I'm thinking about buying from Amazon now, after receiving an email from them advertising their Halo: Reach preorder offer. Of course I jumped on it and preordered. And if this experience with Amazon goes well, I'll have to look at them first when buying future games.
