simple story:

Years ago when N64 was popular, and I had golden eye, that game was so popular, someone offered me $150 for my copy, but I just couldn't let it go.

Funny thing/worst I still have it and I know it's not worth any money now.... lol
I still have my N64, all the controllers and vib/memory packs and they are just collecting dust, I can't seem to sell them.

Don't get me wrong, I have sold stuff and made money, it's just I have issue's with personal stuff.
I understand that kind of thing. I still have my Gamecube, N64, Super Nintendo all that stuff. I love it and I don't think I could ever sell it. But an item that has value, no personal attachment and it is something I don't use I could sell easily.

Good start to your theater. I was in your shows not long ago just starting. Its hard when youre young! Took me lots of budgeting and deal searching to upgrade.
