I was watching Magnolia last night and I remember being very bored and not understanding what the point of the movie was when I was about 16. I enjoyed the movie a lot more this time. I notice things like acting and pacing and directing choices a lot more now. I probably won't watch it again but I am now going to watch Punch Drunk Love another that I really disliked to see if my opinion changes.
Another one was Blade Runner. I just thought it was slow and boring and now it's one of my favorites. What movies do you enjoy more now that your tastes have matured? |
