I don't buy blu-ray on a monthly basis, most months I don't buy any. But around christmas (black friday too) and anytime Criterion's are on sale or MoC release a new blu-ray.

i dont have a budget for blus, i want to spend more money on blus, but quite frankley there hasn't been much releases that ive been wanting to own, sure their are movies i like but i dont want to make the same mistake that i did with dvds and buy everything that interest me.. i never got around to see most of the dvds i bought when i purchased that way.. ive been buying blus since nov. 08 and i only have 86.. i see people on this forum that are new members that own more then i do.. hopefully they start releasing some good catalog titles in 2011 so i can continue to enjoy the movies i love

I'd like to add to that I only plan on replacing some of the movies I owned on DVD but not all...

between $300-$400... roughly $100 a week. Unless nothing good is coming out, then I usually spend the money on catalog titles I never picked up.

Now that I got my first job, much more than previously. About $100 a week or roughly $400.

$400 a month???

When I first got my player, I went on a big spending spree, but there's no way I spent over $400 in one month. On average, I'll probably spend $80 per month on blus.

My budget is usually $80 dollars every month. Sometimes I'll spend that money and sometimes I won't.

I have learned that patience truly rewards you with some great deals.

I have no job too yet I spend 100$ per month. I use tution loans and grants for that.

I don't really have any budget but I generally don't buy anything that isn't on sale. I would say somewhere between 100 - 200 a month seems about right.

And besides that's just how much I can spend, I rarely actually spend that much. I usually just try to get at least 1 or 2 blus a week.

Usually about $40. As long as sales are good, I like to pick up one $10 title a week.

It all depends. Right now I'm living with my parents and collecting unemployment benefits. Most of it goes to bills but I still have plenty left for blu-rays. My shelf has been running out of space in the past month since I lost my job

No real set budget here ~ Get what I want when I can . Use to be a couple hundred a month .

But I am happy with what I have so far & still working on the sound system to enjoy them

No budget but the other day I was curious as to how Mutch I spent on blus in June and it was a little over $300.00!!! I couldn't believe it maybe for someone who is older and already has a career that would be fine but i'm 19! It actually made me a little sick when I found out how much I had spent.
